SHIPPING POLICY (FROM CALIFORNIA)
Shipping within the continental USA only.

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but it is typically 3 - 5 business days.

Typical shipping and transit times vary, however, are typically one week within the USA.

Items can be RUSH shipped at customer expense, pricing varies.

I am not responsible for delays during transit/shipping.

If an item is destroyed during shipping or transit, please send me pictures of the packaging and damaged product within 7 days of receipt and I will either refund the cost of the item, offer a store credit or replace the item (of equal value).

Return & Exchange Policy
While I don't accept cancellations on orders, I gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned in their original condition. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return and exchange postage costs.
I cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Sale items
Damaged items
Altered items
