SHIPPING POLICY (FROM CALIFORNIA)

Shipping within the continental USA only.

  • The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but it is typically 3 - 5 business days.

  • Typical shipping and transit times vary, however, are typically one week within the USA. 

  • Items can be RUSH shipped at customer expense, pricing varies.

  • I am not responsible for delays during transit/shipping.

  • If an item is destroyed during shipping or transit, please send me pictures of the packaging and damaged product within 7 days of receipt and I will either refund the cost of the item, offer a store credit or replace the item (of equal value).​​

    • Please retain the packaging and damaged item until JTayArt confirms the Claim process is closed​

  • Picture of damaged product​ from various angles to capture damage

  • Picture of product inside box, as received

  • Picture of outside box, including view of shipping label

Return & Exchange Policy

While I don't accept cancellations on orders, I gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned in their original condition.  Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.  Items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.​ Buyers are responsible for return and exchange postage costs.
