This stunning piece was once an apple jug.  
Carefully split, we polished the rim smooth and then hand painted the outside using alcohol inks and acrylic paints.  The bowl was then finished with a glossy resin coat for shine and depth.

This stunning bowl is shades of deep reds, accented with soft, charcoal black.
 
To preserve the artwork do not heat beyond 150 degrees.
Hand wash in tepid water, and avoid abrassives.
