Product arrives packaged in a kraft brown box and packaging materials.  Product is shipped double boxed, with the inner box gift ready! 
 
Containers are safely and securely packaged and shipped with insurance to cover any potential damage.
 
If the container arrives cracked/broken, please let us know as soon as possible so we can re-send a similar design, or process a refund.  Replacement products are made upon request and therefore take approximately 4 weeks to fulfill.
 
If the product arrives damaged:  please take pictures of the packaging and damaged product, including the outside and inside of the box upon arrival and email them to us, along w/your request.
